We had an issue with a strange noise coming from our electrical panel. Tech ( Daniel ) showed up on time, was very professional, polite and knew his business. I feel he went he went "the extra mile" looking for our problem. He determined what the issue was (not the generator) and made several suggestions as to resolving the problem. GREAT SERVICE! I tested my generator on October 8th in preparation for Milton. Could not get it started. It is a newer generator. I ran it in July, and it was fine. But of course, the day before Milton, it does not start. I called numerous companies that - understandably - were not able to help. RCS returned my call and had a tech arrive at my home a few hours later. He diagnosed the problem and determined that it needed repair in their shop. He took it back with him, they repaired it and delivered it THIS MORNING October 9th! 5,000 STARS!!!!!

RCS was very professional and installed an outlet on a boat dock. It was a small job, however, they showed up, provided a fair price, and were able to perform the installation the same day. I was very happy with the communication, price, and work.

We want to thank Rafael for providing us with quick emergency service on our generator. We also want to thank our technician Fernando who was able fix our generator and having it up and unning in a short time period. Fernando was quick to determine the problem and very polite and cleaned up the area. We would highly recommend this company.

RCS is a wonderful company to work with: professional, caring, and definitely up to the job! My experience with Rafael and the two workers who came and worked hard in the sun to make sure I had a working generator before the hurricane season is commendable! I would highly recommend RCS. Daniel was our technician. He arrived early and was very polite. He listened to our situation and did some system tests to find the issue. Once fixed, Daniel gave us tips for the best way to use the generator. He cleaned up after himself and put our generator back in the garage after testing everything to make sure it worked properly. I had a really good experience with RCS & Company. The workers were super professional and easy to talk to, and the installers did an awesome job. They made sure everything was done right and explained things really well. You can tell they actually care about their work. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a generator.

Very reliable company! I spoke with the owner, Rafael, and he gave me a very reasonable price to repair my rusted generator. One week after that, my generator looks like new (new chassis and new pad). However, it was a lot of work because they had to disassemble and raise the unit (very hard to do when dealing with rusted parts and screws). Again my chassis, pad and partitions were badly rusted (see pictures). These guys do this all the time and the do it well. They are pretty good!! BTW, I'm not getting paid for this review. I'm just happy that they fixed my standby generator so fast and they did a very clean/solid work. It saved me thousands (instead of buying a new one) because my generator was running good, but it was in pretty bad shape when it comes to rust. I am an electrician and can I easily see that they did a very solid job. Again, I was very impressed by the work Miguel and Victor Luis did on my generator. Thank you guys!
